At Smarto Ayurvedic Wellness LLP, we believe that ethics and integrity are the foundation of true success. This Code of Conduct guides all Smarto Distributors to maintain honesty, responsibility, and respect while representing the company and its Ayurvedic wellness mission.

Distributor Responsibilities

  • Represent Smarto with pride and professionalism.
  • Share correct and verified product information only.
  • Avoid misleading claims or false promises.
  • Maintain politeness, discipline, and ethical behavior.
  • Protect the Smarto brand image and data.

Consumer Conduct

  • Treat customers with respect and care.
  • Provide accurate product details and usage.
  • Avoid pressure or false commitments for sales.
  • Follow refund/replacement policies as per company rules.
  • Never exploit customers based on age or health.

Privacy & Data Ethics

  • Keep customer data confidential.
  • Do not share customer information without permission.
  • Respect requests like “No Marketing”.

Social Media & Digital Guidelines

Smarto encourages digital growth with digital discipline:

  • Always be truthful and professional online.
  • Use company-approved promotional materials only.
  • Do not create pages/websites using “Smarto” name without permission.
  • Avoid fake followers or misleading advertisements.
  • Never post negative or confidential information.
  • Identify yourself as an “Independent Smarto Distributor”.
  • Handle negative comments politely — don’t argue.
  • Follow platform rules and Smarto’s digital policies.

Marketing Guidelines

  • Promote Smarto products ethically and positively.
  • Do not compare or defame other brands.
  • Avoid selling on e-commerce platforms without approval.
  • Use only company-approved flyers, videos, and material.
  • Focus on education-based selling — Inform, Inspire, Impact.
